What is the Upper Valley?
We all know it as the towns in Vermont and New Hampshire that stretch along the upper section of the Connecticut River Valley. But where does it really begin and end?
Everybody has their own sense of what, exactly, the Upper Valley looks like on a map. This is a project to collect all those shapes in one place.
Click "Go to the map" and then "Start mapping" to draw what you think the Upper Valley looks like. You can choose whether to show roads or terrain as the base map.
Then choose "View Maps" to see other contributions.
No personal information, other than what you choose to share in your explanation, is collected.

Please don't flag a neighborhood if you simply disagree with the border or description..
Only flag content that is offensive or just rubbish. Flagged content will be temporarily removed. Once reviewed it will either be reinstated if found to be flagged in error, or remain hidden if found to be junk. Thanks!
You are about to download the entire neighborhood shapefile. It contains all polygons, including those that have been flagged as junk or inappropriate. Those items can be identified where the flag field=true. There are some great things to map here, so if you get the data, please let us know what you do with it!.
